Ordering from Nella Scents is easy and secure. To order simply add the products to your shopping cart by pressing the order button under the product and it will be added to your shopping cart. Once you are done shopping simply click on checkout to view and complete your order. We accept the following payments below for your convience.

**If you are ordering international all orders will be packed and weighed before shippment so that your shipping charges are calculated manually. You MUST e-mail us your order to info@nellascents.com You will be notified of your total shipping costs and invoiced with the total due.

Refunds and Returns
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisified with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receiving your items and we will make arrangements for refund, store credit or replacement. We do not accpet refunds for bath and body products that have been used or seals have been tampered with. All returned items must be in new and re-stockable condition.

Shipping Information

We ship via United States Post Office and use flat rate shipping on all orders. Orders over $50 ship free! (USA ORDERS ONLY)

We charge flat rate shipping prices only, we do not add handling fees to our shipments. (excludes international shipping prices)! You must choose Standard Shipping upon checkout. If you are ordering via our wholesale area you must use the wholesale shipping only. If you are ordering for local delivery you choose local delivery option. If you are a retail customer who did not need local delivery and you are not a wholesale customer and you choose one of those options you will be billed for your shipping before we ship.
